When hospitals cannot provide the advanced care, expertise and new treatment options their patients require, they turn to us.The Diagnostic Imaging Support Associate provides safe and appropriate basic patient care in order to assist in the delivery of care to patients supporting a safe and positive patient experience. This includes patient screening paperwork, assisting with patient transport, maintaining supplies, and providing general clerical assistance to patients and staff. The Diagnostic Imaging Support Associate may perform direct patient observation, reporting changes in patient condition to appropriate department staff.This role provides basic patient care and support to Diagnostic Imaging department while providing a unique opportunity to learn more about the modalities within Diagnostic Imaging to determine which modality is of most interest and potential for next step in career path within Diagnostic Imaging.High school graduate or equivalent required.Previous clerical or patient care experience in a clinical setting preferredBasic Life Support (BLS)Maintains infection control policies related to patient careWorks efficiently as a team member both within and across clinical settings to provide quality service through communication, cooperation and collaboration.Here, you are part of an organization on the cutting edge – helping to bring new technologies, breakthrough treatments and community education to countless men, women and children.
