Representing the highest standard of customer care, you will professionally and empathetically guide our patients in a virtual environment through text communication. Your responsibilities include managing patient intake, setting appointments, acquiring pre-authorizations from insurance companies, and securing the best pricing with imaging facilities and clinics-all with a commitment to excellence.A key aspect of your role involves routine interactions with clinical providers, fostering a seamless and cohesive clinical team environment. Your collaboration with providers will ensure that patient care is integrated and efficient, embodying the highest standards of teamwork and patient service. Your role is vital in ensuring that every patient receives a top-tier concierge level of service.Duties/Responsibilities:Passion: Demonstrate a strong commitment to serving our patient population and advancing our mission, vision, and values.Multitasking and Efficiency: Handle multiple patients with diverse needs simultaneously while maintaining high efficiency.Tenacity: Advocate for patients, secure the best providers for referrals, and obtain pre-authorizations and competitive cash prices for imaging and clinics.Values-driven: Uphold our CARES values-Caring, Ambitious, Resourceful, Excellent, Speed-in all interactions.Professionalism: Maintain a positive, professional demeanor, confidently addressing any healthcare challenge.Communication: Manage patient communications via text and phone through our online platform with speed, professionalism, and empathy. Coordination: Oversee the patient intake process and schedule internal and external appointments efficiently.Documentation: Accurately maintain records within our electronic health record (EHR) system.Required Skills/Abilities:Proficiency with Google Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.Familiarity with Chrome, Firefox, or Safari web browsers.Ability to type 45-50 wpm with 95% accuracy.Aptitude for quickly learning and adapting to new technologies.Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes and medical terminology.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree preferredCustomer services, administrative, and healthcare experience required Physical Requirements:Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.Limitations and DisclaimerThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position. Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year. Compensation is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process.
