They will act as the 'face of Fountain Life' and be responsible for delivering the 21st century experience our clients expect from our revolutionary practice. This important role involves overdelivering at every member touchpoint, while making the process feel incredibly intuitive, educational and empowering. This position is an integral part of Fountain Life's overall mission to transform healthcare. This Care Coordinator will be working with EDGE and APEX+Extended clients be tasked as the direct liason with delivering unique, personalized service, in ways that inspire, reflect trust and credibility to our clients, and ensure membership success and loyalty. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing inquiries through various channels (in-person, Zoom, email, text, WhatsApp, phone), and processing payments, all while consistently exceeding expectations with a 'surprise & delight' approach. Booking all Client appointments and communicating details and logisitics to the client Updating internal client platforms so that the client's chart and account are always up to date Returning phone calls and emails within the same day. Provide continuous support for memberships and membership renewals, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency by optimizing provider time and treatment room utilization through effective appointment scheduling, both in person and by telephone. Safeguard client rights by strictly maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information. Support senior management in showcasing Fountain Life's vision by ensuring the facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
