We are on the lookout for a driven, customer-oriented individual to serve our home care clients by assisting with case management and full-cycle recruitment for care staff. Compensation: $44,000 - $45,000 You'll play a vital role in our mission by: * Matching clients with caregivers to ensure exceptional care standards. * Learn about candidates and assess if they fit the company culture through authentic text and phone conversations, in-person interviews & timely follow-up. * Deliver specific, positive feedback to care professionals to reward, recognition and celebrate their milestones and accomplishments. * Comply with applicable Federal and State laws governing regulations governing Home Care agencies. * Conducting retention visits for seamless transitions and performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique needs. * Support our diverse census of clients and care staff with respect and compassion. * Performs on-going maintenance and audits of client and care professional's employee files. * Participating in on-call duties on a rotational basis. What We Offer: * Generous Time Off and Wellness Time * Comprehensive Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Financial Security: Benefit from a 401k You will be successful in the role if you have: * Associate degree in Human Services or related field (is preferred but not required). * Previous experience in the home care industry, human resources, human services, or an analogous field required (or a strong desire to help others). * Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by company standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation, valid driver's license and valid car insurance. * Confident in all communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to be culture ambassador & ambition to grow with the company. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills. * Creative problem-solving abilities, organization, and attention to detail.
