Care Director Northern Colorado & Cheyenne Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: The Care Director ensures the delivery of excellent care and a remarkable customer/employee experience in both Northern Colorado and our developing Cheyenne location. The Care Director reports to the Co-Directors. Classification: Salary, exempt position. Minimum 40 hours per week. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Supervise all aspects of providing care to all clients. Supervise Caregiver performance and compliance. Ensure company standards as a high-quality provider through the implementation of high- quality care and exceptional customer service. Provide timely and effective feedback to the senior management. Cooperate with our HR Specialist and Recruiter/ Trainer in the recruitment, training, supervising of Caregivers and Care Management Team members.
