Job Description:We are urgently seeking an experienced and compassionate care assistance provider to join our team in Hartford, MI. Your role will involve providing personalized care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to client preferences or dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Ensure timely administration of medications and adherence to care plans.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Certification in caregiving, CNA, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.
