Position Summary Our client is a leading provider of home care and hospice services, dedicated to ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for individuals in need of in-home health services. They are focused on creating a positive impact through their community-based programs and services. Basic Qualifications
- Education/Training: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current nursing license in the applicable state(s). CPR certification is required within three (3) months of employment.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; proficient in computer operations and industry-specific applications; ability to work independently and maintain effective relationships; valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a community health agency, in particular Hospice. Two (2) years of supervisory experience in community or public health is preferred.
General Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate professional and supportive services to ensure safe, effective client care.
- Oversee agency operations, resource management, and implementation of strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments and adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and respond to inquiries as necessary.
