Are you a compassionate individual who enjoys coordinating programs that enrich the lives of older adults? The Lebanon County Area Agency on Aging is seeking an Aging Care Manager 2. This position will give you the opportunity to oversee a program that connects care givers to all available and appropriate services. If you are eager to begin a new and exciting career, apply today! As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the Pennsylvania Caregiver Support Program (PCSP), which links care giving adults with support and reimbursement (Financial) to assist in the care of an elderly care receiver. In addition, you will also service as an OPTIONS Aging Care Manager, which will work closely with other social agencies, hospitals, clinics and community resources in planning to meet the needs of clients and assist the clients in utilizing these resources. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as an Aging Care Manger 1 or a County Caseworker 1; or Successful completion of the County Social Casework intern program; or Six months of professional human services or nursing experience and a bachelors degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, human services, or a closely related field; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
