Job DescriptionAs a Care Operations Manager, you will be charged with strategizing and executing the enrollment and service of our caregivers. On the enrollment front, you will act as the point of contact as caregivers move through the program approval process. On the service front, you will be charged with developing and implementing our program to support caregivers. You should be familiar with what it takes to build a clinical program and operation from the ground up. You should thrive jumping between the weeds and the 30-thousand foot view. This person's impact will be felt by all-our caregivers that we serve, the loved ones they support, and our company's ability to serve more at scale.Responsibilities
  • Oversee the enrollment process, manage a team of contractors, and jump in on high-value cases
  • Develop a coaching and training protocol for our caregivers to be supported by
  • Align clinical experience with key outcome measures and conduct research to track our impact
  • Define an organizational structure and operating model to support local and centralized clinical operations
  • Recruit, hire, and manage Care Coaches, Registered Nurses, and other clinicians
  • Coordinate caregiver enrollment and onboarding tasks, and build a scalable experience that sets expectations and delights caregivers
  • Act as the caregiver's point of contact until our team scales
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a clinical or care operations role at a seed to series C startup
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the systems to manage many tasks at once
  • Comfortability speaking on the phone with caregivers and being responsive and emotionally adaptable to their situations
  • High tech savvy and excitement to get your hands dirty in setting up new systems for the clinical team, with an eye for automation and scalability
  • Demonstrated history of solving ambiguous problems and building new things from the ground up
  • A learner's mindset with a history of seeking out and picking up new tools, skillsets, and perspectives
  • Adaptability, coachability, a high level of motivation, and a strong sense of urgency, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment
