Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to seniors and making a difference in their lives every day? Join our team as a Care Partner at Azalea Gardens Senior Living, where you'll assist with activities of daily living, deliver basic nursing care, and help ensure a safe, supportive environment for our residents.

Employment opportunities available now, starting at $17 per hour. Current opening is PM 2pm-10pm. Excellent benefits, flexible schedule building and growth opportunities! No experience required – training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assist in monitoring residents' well-being
• Help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring and ambulation, as specified in residents' individual service plans
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents
• Support and communicate with residents, family members, and other staff members
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• CNA certification or previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting preferred
• Current CNA license, other license or ability to obtain as required by state regulations
• Current CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers certifications – we will assist you with getting these

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
