Job Description 105: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Care Professional to join our team in Crookston, NE. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients' safety and comfort.
- Medication reminders and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the Right at Home team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Genuine desire to help others and make a difference in their lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
