Experience in the travel retail industry is preferred, but not required.* Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading and influencing teams, mentoring staff, and driving operational success in a dynamic environment, including the ability to flex and demonstrate agility in ambiguity.* Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable taking initiative and thinking on your feet, while consistently looking for paths to optimize process and drive efficiency.* Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively (90%+ of the time), including overnights, weekends, and holidays.* Location: Must be based near a major airport for easy access to travel throughout North America, including Canada.We can't wait to meet you so apply today!WHSmith is a leading global travel retailer with over 1,700 stores across 30 countries worldwide.
