The position involves several key roles:* Advising: Provide one-on-one and group career advising for students, focusing on careers in business, professional development and career readiness* Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, the employer landscape, and professional associations to effectively guide students.* Job Search Support: Assist students with career exploration, resume, and cover letter reviews, interview preparation, and provide opportunities for them to connect with alumni and potential employers.* Classroom Engagement: Deliver professional development content for courses, especially in MGMT 295: Career Readiness and Exploration.* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, employers and external stakeholders to promote engagement and support student success.* Data Insights: Offer ongoing metrics and insights related to employment status and action plans to aid students in their career progression. Participate in outcome data collection.* Program Coordination: Develop and coordinate professional development programs and workshops that enhance students' professional skills.The salary for this position will start around $53k-57k per year, plus benefits, based on education and experience.About Mitchell E.
