Position Overview:
The Career Coach will work as part of the Youth Careers Program to develop, implement, and oversee career counseling initiatives. The primary goal of this role is to assist middle and high school students in exploring career opportunities, identifying pathways, and achieving career-related goals. The Career Coach will collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of individualized career counseling services.

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The position involves regular interaction with school-based teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of career counseling initiatives.
