- Responsible for supervising and assisting Career Counselors in providing personal and career counseling services to the students we serve
- Responsible for managing the caseload of an assigned group of young people ages 16-24, in a primarily residential setting
- Responsible for ensuring career counselors behave in a professional, ethical manner at all times and provide sounds advice in regards to conflict and personal issues of the students
- Must maintain professional integrity with difficult clients and always consider the best interest of the clients
- Must provide training and resources for advancement of career counselors
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in psychology or sociology; or a bachelors degree in another field with at least 15 credit hours of study in counseling courses required
- Masters degree preferred
