Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Foster rapport with students, graduates, and business clients, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
- Organize Events: Plan and execute key events, including Program Advisory Committee meetings and WTI Career Fairs, to gather valuable feedback and enhance program effectiveness.
- Career Support: Assist graduating students with interviewing, networking, résumé building, and job search techniques, while maintaining ongoing contact to support their career paths.
- Documentation & Tracking: Maintain constant communication with graduates to document their career progress and provide additional assistance as needed.
- Career Center Management: Update and manage the career center with job postings and essential information for students and graduates.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships within the community and with potential employers to ensure our programs remain relevant and beneficial.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in résumé building that attracts employer interest.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
