Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical home care to the elderly, disabled, and those in recovery from illness or injury.
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs.
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with exercises and other aspects of their care plan.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high-quality care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
