1st Meridian Care Services has teamed up with a global healthcare and development platform, to offer FREE online training to newly hired staff. Not only are these online trainings free, but you also get PAID to complete them!
On top of that, we are offering a retention bonus to all newly hired staff that remain with our team for three months (after all online trainings are completed).
Here's how it works:
Complete a five hour online training course during orientation/onboarding- Earn $350
Work a minimum of 80 hours AND complete another five hour online training course- Earn $1100
Remain as an ACTIVE staff for three months (working a minimum of 80 hours per month)- Earn $750
