Your role as a Caregiver - 6am-6pm ShiftStep into the heroic role of a Full-Time Caregiver at Valley VNA Senior Care, where every day is an adventure waiting to unfold! In this engaging position, you'll be the superhero our residents need by delivering essential personal care and support while enriching their lives through delightful social activities and household assistance. Your mission will involve implementing Individualized Service Plans, ensuring each resident receives tailored care that meets their unique needs. If you're trained, you'll also have the important task of safely distributing medications according to MAR while keeping a watchful eye on resident health.

What matters mostTo thrive as a Full-Time Caregiver at Valley VNA Senior Care, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience that set you apart as a compassionate hero. Your journey begins with at least one year of experience in an assisted living CBRF or nursing home, showcasing your commitment to serving those in need. Experience providing services to elderly, disabled individuals, or persons with dementia is essential to deliver the empathetic care our residents deserve.
Strong verbal, reading, and written communication skills will be your superpower, ensuring you connect effectively with both residents and your team. Familiarity with Hoyer lifts and sit-to-stands will help you support residents safely and efficiently. Great customer service skills will shine through in your interactions, while your attention to detail will ensure that every resident receives the high-quality care they need.
