The Blick Center has been helping individuals for 50 years. Serving early childhood, school-age, and adult individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities, and physical, and mental health diagnoses.We currently have openings for Direct Service Professionals (DSP).A DSP is a professional who empowers & supports an individual with a disability by providing skill development, and social skills, & assisting with daily living activities (bathing, self-care, etc.). All homes are located in the Akron area.Starting pay is $17/hour plus a $1/hour shift premium for working weekends starting Friday afternoon to Monday morning.We have multiple full-time shift opportunities including:Weekdays 2 pm-10 pm (varies by home).Weekday mornings 6 am-10 am (varies by home).Weekend hours (all shifts).We offer paid training, including First Aid & CPR.
