We are looking for qualified candidates to join our growing In-Home Care division.This is a full-time, benefit eligible, opportunity requiring one weekend day of 24/7 on call coverage. Our caregivers provide non-medical care and companionship with a heavy emphasis on excellent customer service and quality care. This is a great opportunity to get started in the healthcare field with lots of opportunities to grow within our organization.Responsibilities
- Companionship and conversation
- Personal Care
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (iADLs)
- Provide assistance with meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders
- Provide light housekeeping tasks (Laundry, change bed linens, clean living area, etc.)
- Assistance in Bathing/Grooming/Toileting
- Transportation
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Flexible schedule required
- Must have a valid Driver's License, be able to drive, and have reliable transportation
- CNA, CHHA (preferred)
- Home Care Aid registration through the department of social services
- Must be computer literate and able to operate smartphone apps
- Must understand HIPAA Regulations including ethics and confidentiality
- Must have clear background screening in accordance with California Regulations
- Must have TB clearance or willing to obtain
