About the Role: We're looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers who are ready to make a difference. You'll provide care to clients in their homes and in facilities throughout Portland and surrounding areas. * Standard Pay Rate: $18.75/hour * In-Home Care (Weekends): $21.75/hour Caregiver Responsibilities: * Provide personal care services. * Offer companionship and help with daily tasks such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation. * Assist with personal needs, including grooming, dressing, toileting, and bathing (ADLs). Caregiver Requirements: * Transportation: Reliable transportation (car or public transit) and willingness to travel up to 20 miles. * Availability: Day or evening shifts (no overnights). * Experience: At least one year of caregiving experience, including grooming, showering, and toileting. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old. * Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. * Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. * Certification: CPR certified or willing to become certified after hire.
