Glen Park Senior Living is looking for a Caregiver to join our team. Glen Park's mission is to provide quality, dignified care and create a supportive, healthy social environment for our residents to thrive in.
About the Role:
- Position: Caregiver
- Location: Glen Park at Long Beach
- Type: Full-time
- Shift: PM Shift (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)
- NOC Shift (11PM to 7:30 AM)
- Compensation: Starts at $17/hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, etc.
- Assist in serving meals and snacks at designated times.
- Participate in and support the Activities Program.
- Attend monthly and quarterly in-services offered by the facility, totaling one hour per month and twelve hours per year (eight hours per quarter).
- Keep CPR and First Aid training current.
- For residents with developmental disabilities:
- Align performance with the Program Design.
- Undergo specialized training for working with these residents.
- Achieve the objectives outlined in each resident's Individual Program Plan (IPP).
- Maintain detailed progress notes towards accomplishing the IPP objectives.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Live-Scan Clearance and TB test
- CPR/First Aid certification required upon job offer
