Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one care and supervision for a special needs child, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meals, and hygiene.

- Implement behavior management strategies as outlined in the care plan.
- Create a positive, fun, and encouraging environment to promote growth and development.
- Maintain open communication with the family and report any concerns or progress.
Qualifications:- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is preferred but not required.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the child's needs.
- Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
