Your Role as a Caregiver:As a valued member of our team, youll:
?Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation, all while upholding their privacy, respect, and dignity.
?Follow personalized care plans to ensure optimal well-being.
? Provide support during meals, including assistance with feeding when needed.
?Maintain a clean, comfortable environment by changing bed linens, managing laundry, and assisting with housekeeping tasks.
?Uphold infection control standards and follow established safety protocols.
?Complete required training upon hire and annually to stay current with best practices.
What Were Looking For:? High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).? 18+ years of age.? Basic computer skills.? Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.? Ability to pass a State Criminal Background Check, LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement, and LIC 503 Health Screening Report.
