Caregiver - Memory CareCurrent Openings: Full Time Evening, Part Time Evening & PoolPay rate starting at $20/hourThree Pillars Senior Living Communities is located in Dousman, WI. We are seeking caring team members willing and able to commit to our workplace values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy and Fun to work in our brand new assisted living community, Riverside Lodge!The Caregiver for Memory Care supports our mission and values by assisting residents with personal care such as dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and ambulation to encourage independence, according to resident service plan and established procedures.What will I do in the Caregiver role? Assist or supervise residents with personal care in a way that supports the highest level of independence.Observe and report changes in resident condition to supervisor and/or Assistant Director of Nursing.Provide timely, accurate documentation for individual service plans, medication records, and activity records.Supervise self-administration or administer medications per physician order.Assist with daily housekeeping chores to maintain a clean, safe environment. Sort laundry as needed.Assist with meal preparation, serving and cleaning of kitchen and dining room.Plan, conduct and support leisure activities as identified on individualized service plans. What is required in this position? High School Diploma or G.E.D.Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) certification preferred or will be provided.Fire safety training preferred or will be provided.CNA certification preferred.American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification within 6 months of hire or within 2 years of your initial CBRF First Aid & Choking certification class.Required to become med delegated upon hire and be able to pass meds.Experience in a resident care position preferred.Able to work independently and make decisions within set guidelines.Able to lift, push/pull objects weighing 60 pounds frequently.
