Key Responsibilities: Direct patient care with thorough documentation of daily tasks.Perform rehabilitation exercises with the patient.Perform bed bath or shower with exceptional care and attention to detail.Prepare meals, ensuring patient dietary needs are met accurately and on time.Feed and hydrate patients.Collaborate effectively with family members in the household to ensure comprehensive care.
