SYNERGY HomeCare of Fort Worth -

Godley Client - Male veteran client with dementia needing assisteance with all ADLs, companionship, and safety with transferring. - On hospice and hospice bathes unless an accident. * Dementia experience is must.

Permanent Shifts Availible:

• Thurs 7am-3pm
• Thurs 3p-830pm
• Friday 7a-3pm
• Friday 3p-10pm
• Sat 9a-9p

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Current Valid Driver License - may be able to accept non drivers on case to case basis
