Every day we attempt to go above and beyond for our residents, families, and staff.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CAREGIVERWe are looking for Caregivers who are dependable, respectful, friendly, and compassionate to assist our residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CAREGIVERSCaregivers are responsible for assisting our residents with all ADLs, which may include assisting with dressing/undressing, personal laundry, reminders, safety checks, using the restroom, personal hygiene needs, showering, transfers, and all other needs as stated in a resident's Care Plan. Caregivers are also responsible for assisting residents during an emergency, up to and including safe evacuation of the community.SHIFTS FOR CAREGIVERS
- Mornings 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Evenings 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Nights 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.Be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekend shifts.Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, aid in resident transfers, walk/stand 80% or more of shifts, and respond to all resident and emergency needs quickly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
