Servicing clients in Littleton, Lakewood and Highlands Ranch. We are hiring in-home caregivers to join our amazing team. Come share your passion for helping others. Our team of caregivers supports our clients with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, assisting with shopping, running errands and taking clients to appointments, providing companionship, medication reminders and so much more. Shift Availability: Weekday and Weekend Shifts: 9am - 5pmSchedules: We understand how difficult it can be to find a job that has work-life balance. We do our best to provide schedules that works for you and our wonderful clients. We build our schedules around our client's specific needs and care plan. We provide care 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. Being an In-Home Care Agency, Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.What separates us from the rest:We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, paid time off/sick pay, 401K retirement program, training and possible growth opportunities, mileage reimbursements and travel time.Requirements: · Has at least 1 year of experience (family care is experience)· Is at least 18 Years of age· Has a High School Diploma/GED · Eligible to work in the US· Possess good verbal and written communication skills· Fluent in English· Has a valid driver's license, active auto insurance and a reliable vehicle to drive· Able to pass a background, MVR and CAPS Check· Able to provide names and phone numbers of 3 profession references (current/former coworkers or managers)· Able to provide evidence of a current TB Test within the first 30 days of employment Compensation: $19 - $22 per hour, non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay
