SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW TODAY! ***NO EXPERIENCE, NO PROBLEM. Our new Angels will attend our orientation course under the instruction of our knowledgeable staff. Our orientation course details our new Caregiver Development Program. This course outlines advanced hands-on training to promote new skills or perfect old ones. We also provide dementia and Palliative care courses.Bi-Annual Caregiver celebrations- We LOVE to celebrate our Angels!Employee referral bonuses- up to $1,000 for each dependable employee referralLocal cases- we try to match our caregivers with cases near their homes$1,000 sign-on bonus!Transferable skill sets that go beyond home careAnnual Evaluations- with performance-based pay increases yearlyDental and Vision insurance option offered to all employees!401k Retirement Plan- with company match!Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Light housekeeping- light care-based surface cleaningPersonal care- could include bathing assistance, dressing, feeding, oral care, toileting & incontinence care.Social interaction- games, reading, and puzzles.Dementia & Alzheimer's care- including assisting with cognitive exercises and socialization.Errands and Shopping- assist our clients in going to the store or appointments.Medication Reminders- remind and assist our clients with getting their prescribed medications on timeMeal Preparation- Assisting clients with daily nutrition and special diets.Possible schedules:4hr/8hr/10hr/12hr shifts- Pick your own hours!
