As a **Caregiver (CNA or HHA)**, we invite you to work at our new campus, **Praha Village**, to deliver quality and compassionate care to our residents in assisted living and memory care. In addition to generous benefits, we're offering up to a **$5,000 Bonus!** We will train you for these roles! We take pride in our work and work as a team to enrich our residents' lives. There are**Full-Time (Evening or Night),** benefit eligiblepositions working varied schedules including every other weekend. There is a $2.00 per hour **shift differential** for overnights.
Full-Time Evening is eligible for a $2,500 Bonus; Full-Time Night is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus

**CNA or HHA responsibilities:**
* Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
* Assist with mobility and transportation care.
* Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
* Document services performed on client service sheets and on medication administration sheets.
* Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
* Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.
**CNA or HHA skills and requirements:**
* Prior CNA or HHA experience preferred.
* Prior experience administering medication preferred, but not required. **We will train you!**
* A compassionate attitude.
* A willingness to work with elderly adults.
* Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
