We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Professionals to join our team in providing care and support to individuals living in residential homes in Claremont, Newport, and Unity, NH. PathWays has been providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in both Sullivan and lower Grafton counties in NH for over 50 years and we are dedicated to expanding opportunities that enrich the lives of the people we serve. As a Residential Support Professional (RSP), you will work with the same individuals each day, which enables you to get to know them, see their progress, or recognize when something may be amiss. Our Caregivers provide care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and possibly behavioral challenges in a residential setting. At the residences, you may assist individuals with daily living skills, safety, communication, community integration, and social skills as well as bathing, meals, activities, toileting, and moving from location to location depending upon the individual's needs. You may also complete household tasks such as laundry, sweeping, meal prep, etc. Each individual has at least one goal to work on and you will play a vital part in helping him or her achieve those goals. Our residential programs provide a safe home environment and ensure that the individuals participate and engage in their community. You need to be a strong advocate for the individuals, a willing team player, and motivated to create the best possible experience for the individuals you work with.
