Your Day-to-Day:

As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll:

  • Assist residents with daily living skills, fostering an environment where they can thrive.
  • Ensure residents' homes are clean, safe, and conducive to well-being.
  • Accompany residents to appointments and community activities, enriching their social interactions.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Requirements:

Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
  • Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
  • Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
  • Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
  • Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.
Working Hours:

The traditional schedule for level 4 is from 2 PM to 10 PM. Additionally, we offer a split shift/alternative week schedule for level 2 and 3, which includes shifts from 6 AM to 10 AM and returning from 2 PM to 8 PM, completing a total of 10 hours for 4 days, 3 days off. Days will be determined based on team and resident needs.
