What You'll Do:
- Provide personal care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Foster a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
What You'll Bring:
- A passion for helping others and a heart full of compassion.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years experience or related healthcare experience preferred, but not required to be a caregiver.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to care plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Standard hourly rates of $18 to $20, paid biweekly. Additional rates available on a case-by-case basis, up to $25/hr!
