We're looking for responsible, hard-working individuals to fill the role of Cargo Handler at a government-owned warehouse that receives shipments from around the globe. This is your chance to join a team that values reliability, teamwork, and dedication!Why Work With Us?* Weekly Pay - Get paid every Friday!* Temp-to-Hire Opportunity - Be directly hired by the client with a pay increase after 90 days.* Local Support - Advantage Resourcing offers on-the-ground support to help you succeed.Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays required | Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Weekend and daily overtime as neededPay: $20.25/HourWhat you'll be doing:* Load and unload containers at the ports.* Maintain safety and security while working in sensitive areas.* Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals and expectations.What You Need to Succeed:* TWIC Badge (or ability to obtain one) - This is required for port access.* Reliable Transportation - Must be able to commute to the ports daily.* Ability to lift (up to) 50 pounds without assistance and stand for an 8+ hour shift.* Strong work ethic, great attendance, and ability to work well in a team setting.* Dress Code: Casual, including shorts, steel-toed shoes, and company-provided uniform.
