Of course, we offer competitive pay and have caregiver appreciation events and offer incentives and a flexible work schedule; those things should be your minimum expectation. In return, we ask that you demonstrate genuine care and concern for each client you serve. We ask that you uphold the dignity of each client and show respect and honor to them and to their families.
In our client's homes, you'll help with things like,
Homemaking
Companionship
Errands
Meal Prep
Dementia Care and support
Bathing and Dressing
Spiritual Care
Assisting with exercises
Transferring or toileting for those who may need it
Don't worry if you haven't done all these things, we're happy to teach these skills to people with the right heart and disposition. If you know how to love people well and are willing to roll up your sleeves and get into helping wherever you can, we'd love to start a conversation with you about joining our team.
We start our caregivers at $15/hour and have a bonus structure for those working shorter shifts.
