- You have at least 2 years practical experience in the residential or commercial construction industry
- Working knowledge of metal stud work, sheet metal, general carpentry, HVAC or general metal work.
- Welding and/or electrical experience is a plus.
- You are reliable, dependable and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work!
- Working within a team is your strong suit and you bring a collaborative environment to the team.
- Ability to lift up to 80-100 lbs. without assistance or with a partner.
