Minimum Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug test and background screening
- Excellent construction skills
- Trim work
- Framing
- Cabinetry installation
- Drywall work
When you will work
- Work four 10-hr days
- Overtime as needed
Essential Functions
- Perform carpentry work and related tasks as assigned by the Construction Coordinator
- Complete assigned restoration work at the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
- Partner with other employees and/or subcontractors to effectively complete all assignments
- Participate and respond as scheduled to the company's 24/7 on-call coverage to respond to any/all emergency work and respond if available when needed for larger emergencies.
- Monitors materials/supplies used on jobs to control quality and quantity
- Operate company vehicle
- Follow safety standards
- Direct temps and subs as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
