In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. Experience in similar sized health care institution, within in carpentry/ maintenance discipline. Continuously stand/walk or lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (20 to 50 lbs). Examples: Nurses, LPNs, and Physical Therapists. Preforms assigned jobs in accordance with the Uniform Construction Code, BOCA, NFPA, and all the NYDOH and JCAHO regulations at all times.
