The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner, and assisting Carpenters as needed. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our remodeling projects.Responsibilities:- Safely operate a box truck to transport materials and client selections to and from job sites.- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.- Maintain a clean and organized truck, performing routine inspections and reporting any issues or maintenance needs.- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.- Perform routine clean-outs on job sites.- Assist carpenters when needed.- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely arrivals.- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Requirements:- Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.- Proven experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles, preferably in a construction or remodeling environment.- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to commercial driving.- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
