Duties may include but are not limited to framing, finish work, installing doors, commercial fit up, flooring, drop ceilings, steel studs, taping, and mudding.Position Responsibilities:Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboardRough Carpenters: Installing framing, forms, blocking, backing, decking, doors, windows, and sidingTrim/Finish Carpenters: Installing baseboard/staircase/standard trim/custom trim, crown molding, architectural finish packages, and quarter round trimFraming Carpenters: Installing metal and wood framing and roof truss components, reading and understanding blueprints and schematics, using hand and electric tools to cut and fabricate and install framework componentsQualifications:OSHA 10 Certification is a plus (not required)Previous commercial construction experienceAbility to work 40 hours a weekBe able to work overtime if neededStrong references that will support your work historyROI provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.ROI intends to provide a safe and drug-free work environment for our employees and our clients; as such, you may be required to take a pre-employment drug screen before beginning employment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
