Description Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a family-owned company that has been serving the Tri-State and Dayton area for almost 200 years. We provide cleaning, mitigation and disaster reconstruction services for commercial and residential customers. Often, but not always, we are coming out to serve customers after something bad happens. For our carpet and air duct cleaning technicians, we may also be providing services to get the home ready for the holidays. Either way, our technicians go to work knowing they are going to be making someone's day better either helping them out of a jam or helping them make their homes cleaner and healthier. We are heading into some of our busiest months of the year. And we are looking for individuals who love serving others and love making a great income doing it. The ideal candidate would be someone with previous carpet and/or hard surface cleaning experience. But we will train the right person. The successful candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, driving record check and drug screen.
- Some customer service and sales skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work a varied schedule including some nights and Saturdays
- Must be comfortable working in both commercial and residential environments
Requirements
- Maintain timely and effective communication with customer service reps, lead technicians, and managers.
- Follow company health and safety regulations
- Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
- Clearly, effectively, and professionally communicate with customers and other company employees
- Upon completion of training, ability to perform all carpet cleaning services the company offers
- Ability to work in a performance-based compensation structure, paid bi-weekly
