**Carrier Sales Representative**
Online Transport is seeking highly motivated Carrier Sales Reps for our growing brokerage division! Our brokerage team maintains and grows relationships between carrier partners and Online Transport. They understand the carrier's strengths and use that knowledge to match the best carrier to our customer needs.
**Duties:**
* Build a portfolio of safe, reliable carriers through research and sales calls.
* Help to expend our network of dedicated carriers to provide our customers with more options and savings.
* Work with Account Managers to manage customers freight from pick up to delivery.
* Become an expert in the market to efficiently meet your customers/carriers needs.
* Assist Senior Brokers to negotiate and develop new rates and lanes with carriers.
* Provide rate input expertise to help Business Development and Account Management team.
* Exceed expectations and be noticed for advancement opportunities.
**Job Requirements:**
* Customer service, problem solving, presentation, organization, computer, analytical, and people skills.
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
* Bachelors Degree
* Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
* Logistics/transportation/sales experience preferred.
