Carts Night Manager

Job Duties:

The Night Manager oversees a team executing a high level of customer care for a significant account within the assigned regions and will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. The Night Operations Manager oversees operationswith direct responsibility for operations, quality, safety and account management, and will directly manage and develop a manufacturing team.

• Ensures standards for service quality, equipment, safety and performance are maintained and that cost-effective resources are used to maximize service standards
• Implement processes and structure in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Develops, monitors, and reports on operating costs within functional areas. Alerts key stakeholder(s) of cost and labor over run. Makes recommendations and implements solutions
• Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively. Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with Company policy. Consults with Human Resources as appropriate

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Pre-employment drug screen is required (we do not test for THC)
• A background check is required
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
• Must be able to be on feet for a 10 hour shift
• For safety reasons, basic English proficiency is required
