Responsibilities
- Washing vehicles:
- Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area.
- Direct cars into the wash area.
- Pre-prewash and dry cars using proper techniques and equipment.
- Apply various Pre- or Post treatments as needed.
- Maintain a consistent wash speed during peak times.
- Providing excellent customer service:
- Ensure a comprehensive, positive customer experience.
- Greeting customers with a smile and explaining wash package options.
- Upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining the car wash facility:
- Keeping wash bays clean and organized.
- Restocking cleaning supplies.
- Check and maintain vacuums.
- Check and empty trash cans.
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Skills
- Customer Service Skills.
- Good Verbal Communication.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
