The purpose of the Case Aide position is to support the mission, vision, and values of SCO Family of Services through assisting the Extraordinary Needs Social Services team meet concrete needs of youth and families that increase safety, reduce risk, and promote wellbeing. The Case Aide works closely with a team of Case Planners, a Social Services Supervisor, and the Director of Social Services to ensure all responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the standards the Administration of Children's Services (ACS) and SCO Family of Services. The Case Aide must be sensitive to the rights, feeling, needs and cultural background of each client and responsive to such in a non-judgmental manner.
