The Case Aide is a full-time, permanent position, working Mon-Fri/ 35-hour work week, with some evenings/weekends as needed.

Education: Minimum BSW/BA degree in social work or related field; prior knowledge and experience working with youth required; Prior case management experience/knowledge of congregate setting is a plus.

*Valid NYS driver's license is required (3 point max)

Brief Overview: The RTC Case Aide works in partnership with the social service/residential department staff as an integral member of the treatment team to support direct services to assigned resident youth and their families. The Case Aide is an integral member of the team providing direct support to the case planner, residential program, residents and families served. The Case Aide works intensively with/within the team as a critical support role in developing and executing goals to ensure action geared towards safe, sound and appropriate goals, implementing evidenced based models of care/approach. The position will work both onsite and in the community to secure services and achieve stated goals.
