General laborers will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments. + High school diploma or GED required + Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals + Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks + Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and assist others when lifting is required + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment + Must be able to legibly write entries for record keeping + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays.
