SUMMARYSupplies Filler Operators with clean and sanitary milk cases to allow production to run efficiently.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Supervisor or manager may assign other duties.
- Unloads trailers as received and documents and accounts for cases and pallets accurately.
- Lifts, stacks, and loads pallets, and additional items needed from trailers.
- Safely transfers cases to the chain. When the chain is full, the operator will proactively assist with alternative job tasks to support production.
- Keeps the work area clean and orderly and in safe condition.
- When cleaning case washer, case dock drain, or trailers, must safely work around chemicals and machinery.
- Monitors radio systems to ensure effective communication for operational efficiency.
- Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure successful completion of tasks.
